To check the KYC status of your FASTag, visit the official portal (https://www.npci.org.in/what-we-do/netc-fastag/check-your-netc-fastag-status) and enter your vehicle details. A notification will be received for incomplete KYC via email, SMS, or the bank’s app.
For updating KYC
FASTag users can update their KYC information in the following ways
- NHAI FASTag: Go to https://fastag.ihmcl.com, log in, and update KYC online.
- Bank-Issued FASTag: Visit https://www.netc.org.in/request-for-netc-fastag, select the issuing bank, and complete the KYC update.
If no notification is received, then your KYC is complete, and FASTag is good to go.
